Finnish Fur Breeders’ Association was founded in 1928. Persistent development work in order to improve all activities is carried out on the fur farms.
High class research is carried out to improve the welfare of the fur animals, environmental impact and animal breeding circumstances. Young persons are interested in producing furs and new trained farmers are coming into the trade.
The demand for furs looks bright. Known international designers use fur in their collections. As a result of wide product development even more consumers have access to furs
